Hamburger Soup
Ingredients:

1 lb. hamburger
½ tsp. pepper
¼ tsp. oregano
¼ tsp. basil
¼ tsp. salt
1 envelope onion soup mix

3 C. water
1, 8 oz. tomato paste
1 T. soy sauce
1 C. chopped celery
1 C. chopped carrots
1 C. macaroni

Method:

  1. Brown hamburger. Drain.
  2. Add the other ingredients except for macaroni.
  3. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. Cook Macaroni in a separate pan (about 10 minutes)
  5. Add macaroni to soup.
  6. Serve with homemade bread! (See Bread recipe)
