Louisianna Yum Yum

1stick margarine
1 sm. package instant chocolate pudding
1 cup flour
1 sm. package instant vanilla puddingl
1 cup nuts (chopped)
8-oz cream cheese
nuts to garnish
1 cup powdered sugar
8-oz carton cool whip
3 C. Milk


  1. Bottom layer: Pour stick melted butter (or margarine) over 1 cup nuts and 1 cup flour. Mix spread evenly in an oblong (9x13) pan Bake 10 minutes at 350.
  2. 2nd layer: Mix together 1 cup powdered sugar with 8 oz cream cheese (room temp) Mix well, add 1 cup of cool whip. Spread evenly over bottom. Let set in refrigorator at least 3 hours.
  3. 3rd layer: Combine 1 sm. pkg. Instant choclate pudding mix and 1 sm. pkg. Instant vanilla. Then add 3 cups milk . Beat 2 minutes. Spread over top of cram cheese mixture. Add rest of cool whip topping and nuts to garnish.
