Flour Tortillas
             Ingredients: 
              
           2 cups flour
                1 tsp salt
              
 1 tsp baking powder
                2 Tbsp Oil
              
Method:
- Mix together until it resembles pie crust.
- ADD: ¾ to 1 cup warm water.
- Knead till it forms a ball.
- Rest 15 minutes
- Divide into 8 parts.
- Roll out and fry in a hot dry skillet.
- **NOTE**: May substitute Whole Wheat Flour. Increase water as needed to form a ball.
