Flour Tortillas
Ingredients:

2 cups flour
1 tsp salt

1 tsp baking powder
2 Tbsp Oil

Method:

  1. Mix together until it resembles pie crust.
  2. ADD: ¾ to 1 cup warm water.
  3. Knead till it forms a ball.
  4. Rest 15 minutes
  5. Divide into 8 parts.
  6. Roll out and fry in a hot dry skillet.
  7. **NOTE**: May substitute Whole Wheat Flour. Increase water as needed to form a ball.
