Ingredients:

1 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 c. Sugar
2 c. Skim milk powder

2 c. Non-dairy creamer powder
1/2 c. instant coffee
2 pkgs vanilla instant pudding mix

Method:

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Store in airtight container.
3. To Serve: 3 T. of mix in 1 cup boiling water.
4. Recipe makes 6 cups of mix.
