Pumpkin Pecan Bundt Cake
             Ingredients: 
              
           1 package spice cake mix
                1 cup canned pumpkin
                ½ cup oil
                1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
              
 3 eggs
                1 tsp. cinnamon
                ½ cup water
                ½ cup chopped pecans
              
Method:
- Combine all ingredients, except pecans.
- Blend well, then beat for 5 minutes.
- Fold in pecans.
- Bake in a greased and floured Bundt pan at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Cool in pan for 15 minutes and turn out.
